Pricing & Booking Information
Pricing
• $16.00 + GST per student when 2 or more art programs are booked for the same day at the same school (10%savings).
• $17.75 + GST per student when 1 art program is booked at a school.
• For classes with 18 students or less a $319.50 + GST minimum program fee will be applied.
Multiple Program Bookings
• Earn a 10% discount when 2 or more art program are booked for the same day at the same school.
• Art programs are 80-90 minutes.
• Generally, two art workshops can be scheduled in the morning and two art workshops can be scheduled in the afternoon. Individual school bell times will be looked at to see if 3 or 4 classes can be accomodated in
Single Program Bookings
• Single art programs are generally offered in the afternoon, last 90 minutes of the school day.
Volunteers
• If classes would like to have 1-2 volunteers/art program that is wonderful. However, our art programs can run without any parent volunteers.
Classroom Set Up
• Please have available one cleared rectangle or C-Table for the printing station. Access to a whiteboard for the drawing lesson. Prints take about 2 hours to dry and need to lay flat. Programs can take place in your classroom.
Approved Vendor
Imagination Academy is an approved vendor with Edmonton and area School Boards.
Payment
• Payment is due within 30 days of your art program.
• An invoice will be emailed to your school office and a cheque can be mailed to Imagination Academy directly.
• Please Note: For classes with 18 students or less the $319.50 + GST minimum program fee will be applied.
Mileage:
• Southern Alberta: Programs are available to all teachers in the Crowsnest Pass and the surrounding areas of Southern Alberta. If your school is outside of the Crowsnest Pass Limits, mileage of $0.68/km will be applied.

• Lethbridge: $180 (For 265 km of travel)
• Pincher Creek: $55 (For 80 km of travel)
• Fort MacLeod: $112 (For 165 km of travel)
• Claresholm: $160 (For 235 km of travel)
• Lundbreck: $28 (For 40 km of travel)
• Nanton: $170 (For 250 km of travel)
• Edmonton: Programs are available to all teachers in Edmonton and the surrounding areas. If your school is outside of Edmonton’s City Limits, mileage of $0.68/km may be applied.
Re-Scheduling & Cancellation Policy
• Re-scheduling within the same school year is free, if done prior to 15 business days of your art program.
If you are re-scheduling within 15 days of your program a $50 fee will apply.
• Cancellation 1 month prior to your scheduled program date is free.
If you cancel within the month of your scheduled program date a $100 fee will apply.
